INGREDIENTS (4/6 PEOPLE)

 

1 small pineapple
1 mango
10 loquats
2 peaches
5 tbsp greek yogurt
Liquid honey

GRILLED HOT FRUIT SALAD

PREPARATION:

FRUIT: Cut the pineapple in small pieces, the mangos and peaches in quarters and the loquats in half.

GRILL: On a high fire start grilling the pineapple and the mango, followed by the peaches and the loquats, in order that you finish grilling everything at the same time. If you wish you can place the fruit on skewers to help grilling. The fruit should have the grill marks, but not over cooked.

SERVE: Place the fruit on individual plates or on a tray, cover with the greek yogurt and then the honey. Serve hot.

Try other fruits such as apricots, strawberries and bananas. Also try a different topping with yogurt, brown sugar and cinnamon.
