INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

 

3 dl natural greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 mint branch
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

YOGURT SAUCE AND MINT

The yogurt mixed with mint is a refreshing combination that goes well not only as meat dishes, serves as a great accompaniment to dishes of grilled vegetables and potatoes.

PREPARATION:

YOGURT DRAIN : Drain the water from the yogurt.

PINK MINT: Wash and dry the mint. Pluck the leaves and chop them very finely chopped.

SAUCE MIX: Stir the yogurt with the cream. Add the olive oil, lemon juice and mint, and season with salt and a little pepper. Add the amount of lemon juice to taste.
