INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)
1 medium rabbit cut
2 lemons
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Rosemary leaves
Salt and ground pepper |
RABBIT WITH ROSEMARY AND LEMON
PREPARATION:
MARINATE: Season the rabbit with olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, the chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper,
let marinate for at least 1 hour.
GRILL: Grill the rabbit over low fire and turn several times to that it’s cooked on the inside and lightly toasted on the outside.
SERVE: Place in a tray and serve with juice of the other lemon and a little more olive oil and salt.
