INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

4 small chickens cut open (or 2 normal)
1 lemon pealed and finelly cut
1 chili pepper without seas and finely cut
(or piripiri powder)
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp worcesterchire sauce
Salt and ground pepper

PEPPERY CHICKEN WITH LEMON

PREPARATION:

MARINATE: In a tray mix the lemon, chili, garlic, olive oil and worcesterchire sauce. Place the chickens and mix well in the marinate, cover them with film and leave to marinate 1 to 3 hours, turning once in a while.

GRILL: Grill in medium-low fire, until the skin is toasted, and the inside is cooked. Take from the grill, season with salt
and pepper and serve.
